Can anybody explain the total expense of purchasing of 1-Kanal plot in DHA phase 9 (in next 5 days)
like
just to know exact cost of plot other than plot price seller and purchaser agree.

From November 01 following is the break up phase 9 One kanal
Transfer Fee: 75000
Membership Fee: 37000
CVT :40000
Stamp Duty : 60000

U hav to pay development charges of 19.5 lac in next 3 years in instalment as well... I think O.3 wht will be deducted on payorder even if u are tax filer.. but will be reimbursed later.. |
