As per LRE rates DHA 6: 10 Marla 120 To 165 Lacs, 1 Kanal 100 To 250 Lacs.
How can 10 Marla plot price be more than 1 Kanal Plot Price?

IN Lower Portion of N Block connected with Pungali Village one kanal plots still not developed or do not exists physically yet due to litigation issues. Seller of that areas are still available in 100 to 115 Lacs. Plot with possession in Phase 6 in N Block is around 125 to 130 Lacs.We have to quote maximum and minimum ranges prevails at the moment in phase 6.Where as in 10 Marla cutting All Area is clear & populated.
