If any client already having DHA Multan file's., still needs to pay membership fee for new file?

Membership fee is on every purchases!

If you buy ten files you have to pay 10*membership fee.

Yes. Its true. Whenever u buy new file one person has to pay membership fee each time. Even he already has one file in his name.

Regarding current update of dha multan:

Lt Gen Ishfaq Nadeem Ahmad, HI(M), Commander, II Corps, Multan has inaugurated 2nd Gate of DHA Multan at Matital Road on 28 Oct 2015.

Yes DHA is looting people. Logically it's only once that you pay membership fee & you become member of a club/organisation but here we poor foolish AWAM is meant to be extorted by these money minting machines like DHA. Go to court & restrain DHA from looting people & plundering wealth at the cost of poor people
