1.3 crore for one bed room not possible. Nobody will buy in this price. People would prefer to buy an independent new 5 marls house in Phase instead of buying one bedroom apartment. |

I wont be surprised if one bed room apartment costs this much because these apartments might be for different audience.
if i m not wrong, 2 bed room apartment in mall of lahore was around 1.5 crore some time back. |
