Kindly confirm if DHA-9 development charges are announced. What is the installment amount and time frame.

Dear Sir,
DHA announced development charges and details is as follows

1-Kanal
Total: 19.50 Lacs
Payable in 3 years quarterly installment of 162500 each

10 Marla
Total: 13 Lacs
Payable in 3 years quarterly installment of 110000 each

5 Marla
Total: 9 Lacs
Payable in 3 years quarterly installment of 75000 each

1st Installment Payable in December

Can you please tell me how we can make the installment. should we have to go to DHA office to make the payment. or deposit in bank. i have a plot in Q block they even did not send me letter to inform for the payment. Please help me and tell me what have to do.
