saw the recent news on statelife.they are giving 10 marla in phase 1 in return of 1 kanal in phase 2.
i have a plot in phase 2 in JJ block.
experts please shed some light on this news.is it worth going for .should this option be utilized?.will this be beneficial and will there be any consequences etc.
any information will be helpful and appreciated.thanks

1 kanal in phase 2 is 30-35 and 10 marla in phase 1 is 70-80 (more than the double). Everyone having 1 kanal phase 2 will apply for it. The problem is who will get it as they have only 642 plots to replace.
There are 1000s of 1 kanal holders in phase 2 and only a few of them will get plot in phase 1 so there are rare chances. If you can get one in ballot, you will be the lucky one. |

They are also charging 6-7 lac development charges and possession after 18 months. |
