I would like to buy 10marla plot in phase 9 prism. Is it a good block for investment. Which ones are considered to be good blocks for 10 marlas in Prism

Can you please tell me how we can make the installment. should we have to go to DHA office to make the payment. or deposit in bank. i have a plot in Q block they even did not send me letter to inform for the payment. Please help me and tell me what have to do.
