My relatives bought a plot of 34 Marla some 20 years back in Green town, lahore area.
we have its FARD,
but it was bought as MUSHTARKA-KHATA
How we can identify and take control of the plot.
the people on/near land say, first goto PATWARI and take NASHANDAHI.
Can some one tell what is the procedure to gat proper plot Nashandahi.
and what cost is involved.
any help will be appreciated.
