such as cvt, stap, transfer fee, tax etc

As per 2014 Valuation one kanal is 27 Lac One percent is 27000 CV is 2%, Stamp 3% Plus society charges if in 2015 value have crossed 30 Lac then advanced income tax also payable 2% for non Tax Filer and 1% on filer approx. total is about 2.2 Lac if Advance tax is there other wise 175 |
