Moreoevr please advise if it will be a good idea to sell R block prism and buy one Kanal in prism by adding 15 Lacs in sale price.

DHA Phase 9 Prism R 2715 is valued around 40 to 42 Lacs.
DHA Phase 9 Prism Q 77 is valued around 65 to 68 Lacs.
DHA Phase 9 Prism R 322 is valued around 45 Lacs.
