Is DHA Phase 6 E block commercial a good investment. 8 Marla commercial file rate is listed at 550 lacs by LRE. I saw 8 marla plot Ads on different website with demand of 650 lacs. What do LRE and people on this website think about it from ivnestment point of view?

I think there is only 4 marla not 8 marla com plot |

@AMJAD. There are 8 marla commercial plots in block E of phase 6. These are facing main Bedian road, most probably at the main entrance of Lahore knowledge park. As far as I feel, good investment but bit long term. |
