Transfer of a plot in DHA Lahore from brother to sister is related to HIBA/Regular transfer.
What is the minimum cost of HIBA/Regular transfer of 1 Kanal plot in DHA Lahore phase 8.

Hiba Transfer Can possible in following relation

> Parents to Children and vice versa
> Husband to wife and vice versa

In Case of Brother to Sister Only CVT is exempted . you have to pay all rest remaining . the detail is as follows for one

Transfer fee :76,500/-
Membership fee: 37,000/-
Stamp duty. 99,000/-
Advance tax :66,000/- For Non Tax Payer
Documentation:4000/-
