I have been absent from this page for a long time. I notice that there is a Phase 9 Prism. Is it different from Phase 9 proper. When is the balloting of Phase 9 is expected? Any idea!

Balloting done on 15 may 2015. Prism is new name of phase 9. Its phase 9 prism now. |

Phase 9 enjoys very strong location overall.if you reffering villages in map does not matter. Every phase has same problem |

I have invested 7.5 million in dha 9 prism @ 2500000 of three 5 marla files
now I have to face almost one million deduction from my investment as my two plots are in J block and one in K block.
I think if ring road or development of prism starts then my loss would be recovered.
otherwise I would not have other choice except to say prism "PRISM KA ENGINE CHOWK HO GIA HA" or prism soo gia ha yah koh gia ha |

Dont book lose wait till development starts. 3-4 lac jump will be there in every 5 marla plot of prism |

Many thanks for the information. I had a file of 1K in Phase 9/10. I do not seem to have received any information about balloting or allocation of a plot against that file. I am still out of the country. What should I do. Any suggestion. |
