Important Market Alert: Look for intimation letters for Prism development charges at your mailing address

DHA Lahore phase 9 development charges intimation letters have been mailed to civil holders too after military holders. Civilians have started to to receive them on their mailing address on their membership forms.

Exact amount for one kanal is Rs 1963900 for one kanal. 1st installments are due on Jan 31, 2016 12 installments in three years time with each installments amount of Rs 162500. With 12th and last installment due on Oct 31, 2018 you will also pay MISC charges of Rs 13900

Again development charges 1950000 plus 13900 as misc charges .
Total 12 installment and above MISC charges due with last installment. I will share copy of letters soon. I am waiting for getting actual 5 and ten marla letters too.

Pay orders /bank drafts from Pakistan and overseas can be sent in the name of DHA Lahore. In separate attached letter write your name address plot number etc. Make a separate draft for each plot if you have more than plot development charges to pay. This will save you from major headaches in future.

No discount offered on full lump sum payments ( My guess is no need to pay all amount in lump sum now as chance of discount in future will be there)

20% annual fine added on each missed installment amount
