Kindly evaluate location (good, bad, average) and current price of my plot K-277 in phase -9.Also advise if I can hold this plot for future benefit or better to sell it and what will be the development charges for 10 marla and how to pay DC.

Dear Sir,
You can hold this plot. It is average plot but limited supply of 10 marla will make it in. DHA Phase 9 Prism development charges for 10 marla is 13 lacs payable in 3 years quarterly installments of 110000/- each starting from Jan 2016 till dec 2018
