dear members kindly evaluate and tell about total transfer charges according to new revised rates. further more does the purchaser has to pay the development charges i-e 75000 (first installment) and also the sewage, water supply and mosque fund and suigas charges amounting to 23000 along with development charges? as the dealer is asking the same. your timely and valued opinion matters a lot for me.
