for 3 years investments options with 10M.

1. 3x DHA Multan files
2. 1x DHA Rahbar Phase 2 Commercial File 4 Marla

3. Your advice.?

both options have a tendency of putting all eggs in one basket

Mr.Pakistan is right, you may diversify the investment, Multan will give good returns but it does not mean buy 3 Files of Multan,
