Though the rate is on higher side yet it is a good investment if you can wait till its possession is offered.
If you can afford then please buy only on ground with possession plot.

there are few new files on boundary in southern and g block
and new files are balloted which are coming next week at awami villas side

@ Kamal - If interested in Bahria Orchard then, at present, possession in low cost scheme is available only in these blocks.

@ ali - brother! Sorry that I have not recently visited Bahria Orchard so not in the position to suggest you with confidence.

In my opinion,Bahria orchard is good for short period investment.C, D ,B and E blocks are the best,C block is the heart of bahria orchard. Their possession is also very near as bahria is purchasing remaining pockets lands.A boom in prices will be seen very soon.
