   Phae 9 file prospect

Dear CMY/LRE team,
Can you please let me know if it will be a good decision to buy the phase 9 file now. If the file is bought today, what are going to the possible blocks/location in the next ballot? Do you have a list of plots that were not balloted in the initial ballot in all blocks?

cmy recommends buying one kanal file now.....according to his last update

Dear Sir,
No one can tell in which block you will get plot after ballot.For Five Marla and Ten Marla and One kanal you can buy plot in in file price.So Better Take chance in plot as gap is narrow. Normally After Major Ballot chances to get better located is very rare

DHA is very slow these days especially DHA-9 and DHA 9 Town.In my opinion please wait and see the market till Dec 2015 and then make decision in investing DHA 9.However DHA 7 is still much better option.
