Aoa dear friends and experts,
I am selling my 10 marla house 25 years old in Raza Block, Allama Iqbal Town in a secured good location. What should be my asking? And whats the good price of it. Thanks Jazak Allah.

Its very confusing looking at th market people are asking at around 180 but i have not seen any sold at this price and i will be moving to valencia i have a plot and i will built my house on it. |

Not Good build old house 180 to 200 lac
Good build old house 210 lac to 225 lac
New build house 250 to 300 lac |

But nobody is asking for an old house for more than 170 thats the max asking and i have not seen a house sold at 150+ so far. Ppl r asking for 300 for new house but nobody is buying |
