Could you please give your comments in detail with your logic hints which commercial phase is best for maximum out put for a short term investment (1 year )?????
And also the size, 4 or 8 marla?????

Rana Saab in my view DHA 7 Commercial have much more potential.No doubt DHA 9 have also much much potential but it took almost 8 to 10 years to develop and commercial activity starts.Still phase 6 not fully occupied then phase 7 then phase 8 then time for phase 9 DHA 7 Commercial file is around 160 to 165 lac. |

Simply go for Phase 6, E-Block commercial, where already work started for phase 9 Town entrance. Expecting 50Lac growth in coming days. |

Saima for 90 lac budget I will recommend you to buy in Dha 7 plot.Dha rahber still market is not to much open so better to wait till December as overall slow in Dha property these days. |

Analyst you propagating DHA 7 could be understandable if you have a stake there but for fairness DHA 7 shops are like mohalla shops it will not be shopping district like DHA 6 main boulevard or DHA 9 Prism Oval complex. Plots over there are always at average prices as 1000s of them and not a great access as lack highways in it to connect to Main ring road or DHA 6 main road. |
