I had a 1 Kanal plot in sector M of Prism (Phase 9, Lahore). The value of sector M plots seems to be really low, compared to other sector in Prism. Wanted to know if this (sector M) will always stay low valued or is there any hope for its value to increase in the distant future.
By the way, my plot is M-786.

My suggestion / Don't sale your plot wait
& I'm 100% sure very soon you will be benefit not only M block also other blocks like N L K due to development work started on DHA Town Extension 120 feet road to connect to R and underpass to be build with direct access / moreover; Rohi Nala Road will be widen road to connect with Fairouzpur Road.

R Block is already just around 100-200 meters away from 120 Feet DHA-Town road , it can easily meet R block if DHA gets hold of the land
