How would u compare DHA Rahbar and Bahria Orchard?
Bahria is offering 4 Marla commercial in installments in 2.3 Crore. while DHA Rahbar has commercial file for 89 Lacs or we can buy developed in M block in about 1.5 crore.
what should be the better option for long term investment ?
what should be preferred commercial file or onground plot in M block Dha Rahbar? Btw do we have any map what will be the location of these files?

Dear Sir,
It is wise and better to take chance in commercial file of dha rahber for 3 to 5 years.

DHA Rahbar as limited commercial plots ratio
I always recommend on ground plot be it commercial
Go for M block and access the location yourself
File you never know where it will end up |

i visited dha 11 today i think its worth investing,lots of work being done and very populated area |

In my opinion Bahria Nashaman is very good society the prices are very reasonable in my opinion Ferozpur road is very good compared to bahria on multan road. |
