Dear Hassan
People are in deep love with DHA Prism. Prism prices will be 2-3 times to that of current prices when possession will be handover. Keep in mind size of Prism is the sum of DHA Phase 1 to Phase 6.
Now look at the past history of DHA they took 10 years to develop Phase 7 and find out how much time they took for Phase 1,2,3,4,5 and 6. The commercial of 6 at present is not fully occupied. Then come 7 then 8 and then 9 and still in 9 the price of commercial is 4 to 5 crore (8 marla)
Take opinions from many and then decide on your own. Do go for speculation if your money is hard earned.
People saying DHA prism will be developed and handover in 3 years!!!!! and DHA is launching new projects Peshawar, apartments etc as property is at high as compared to slum in 2010 so they are cashing in. |
