Dear sir,I hv a question to lre experts n other property gurus.I hv plot in dha 8 value is aprox 1.8 crore.is it wise to sell it n buy 4 marla comm in prism oval outer side by adding 50 or 60 lac.pl explain also why inner circle plots r expensive.all r requested to write there opinion.this will be a great help to me to take this important decision.thanks

If you can add 50/60; sell DHA 8 plot and buy 2 plots in DHA Phase 8 S block....Your gain will be significant; think about it! All the best |
