DHA Multan is supply and demand when there is more supply then rate goes down and less supply push the rate up. Media rumours of balloting in 2016. Also you can say affect of Overseas Pakistani's as well.

Dha Multan has planning to launch their project in December ,2015

and balloting will be in March 2016 confirmed news. Moreover files

issued and transferred till Launch will be included in Ph1 and rest

will go to Ph 2.You will see slow gain till launch but definitely

their will be big jump after December.
