Phase 6 is only few minutes away drive from phase 7 and the average plot value is in phase 6 is 170 plus.
I hope you will understand why it will touch 140 soon. |

Wait for Christmas to over lot of overseas Pakistani will come and do the purchase! prices will go up. Paris attack! now almost every Pakistani understand the need of having asset in Pakistan.
Your demand of 130 is v reasonable! I don't understand how LRE evaluate it to 115!
Just wait don't rush you will sell it in 140 in 2-3 months time!
