What are half dev charges for 5, 10, 20 marla plot which have to be paid at the time of transfer.

The total Development charges of NFC Phase 2 as follows
1-Kanal: 6 Lacs
10-Maral: 3 Lacs
5-Marla: 1.5 Lacs
