Brothers , Very honest opinion required . I have received gratuity from my Company ADC ( Arabian drilling Company ) . I want to invest one crore ( plus minus ) 5 lakhs in DHA . My dealer has suggested purchase 3 very good 5 marla plots in R Block and relax . Rest and future Allah knows . Please suggest .

never put all your money in one place,u will have to pay 27 lacs development charges on 3 plots,its a long term investment,good luck |

If you can afford quaterly installment of development charges(225,000 for 3 plots every three month) them R block prism is best option to double you money in 3 years. |

Brother don't put all your money at 1 spot. Buy 1 5marla in Dha prism,1plot in phase 7 10 Marla. play save as I know the importance of hard earning. |
