Plots in R Block Prism,

Dear Brothers , Aoa..Finally I have retired 2 months ago from ADC ( Arabian Drilling Company ) after 26 Years .

I am interested to purchase a very good location kanal plot ( 90 to 95 lakh ) in prism . My son who is a young army officer suggests purchase 3 good plots 5 marla in R Block ( 36*3) for 108 lakhs approx.
I am confused . Rest Allah Pak knows better .Please suggest . I have to take decision fast .

if its me i will buy 2 5marla good location nd 2 average location plots in K block.

Z.F pls explain a little more.
Pls tell us why do you prefer K block? I have one plot there but don't know, should i keep it or sell it. Pls let me know why Prism K block is good.

@Saim Ahmed sb.
Its better to buy one very good location plot of one kanal in A,C,D,P,Q in prism because you have to pay developments charges for 3 plots of 5 Marla i.e approx 27 lack. While in one kanal you pay 20 lack approx so you save 7 lack. Secondly after 3 to 4 years the gain for one kanal may be approx 100% to 150% approx. So at the day end you have a good plot as well as good investement in your hand

@Mian your advise is good, however at time of need person can sell one small plot to meet his urgent need instead of disturbing big piece of land.
