You completely mis-understood in a negative way. I am a big fan of LRE and always appreciate their true and sincere efforts.
I was just a question for my knowledge. I am 100% sure about the bonafide intentions of LRE for all evaluations. Either their could be a typo error or Mr. Salman will definitely have a good reason for this bid variance. Since I am an overseas and have no updated knowledge of ground realities, therefore asked that question with purely good faith.
Asking question is not disrespecting anyone rather the main beauty of this form created by CMY whom I consider the real property guru, mentor and a benchmark in the history of pakistan real estate business.
I am sure neither Salman Sb not any other member of LRE would be upset with my question. But I still apologize for any inconvenience caused to anyone.
