Guys! I have one plot in Golf View Residencia Nothern Zone Bahria Town Lahore between 601 to 610 line; please suggest me this will be affected by LRR? also suggest me this line is occupied by Bahria Town or still in Air. Can I get alternative plot againt this plot?? what will the future of GVR

Golf view work looks going on good as you can see google images where initial lakes from Nargis Block side + Club house building is completed, roads infrastructure also developed and proceeding towards farmhouse in central area (as land is cleared of crops now).
For LRR SL info; yesterday Punjab Govt cancelled the bid placed by NLC bcoz it was 12 Billion Rs more than what Govt has allocated (42 Billion Rs bid against Govt budget of 35 Billion Rs) and remember that it was the LOWEST Bid. Now it clearly looks that Govt dont have enough funds to complete this loop bcoz no company can bid lower than this amount and if bid is higher, than Govt dont have funds.
Also we shall keep in mind that Govt is right now busy in other projects and every where using huge funds to complete those projects Like Metro Train, Raiwind Rd alternative Rd etc. To me, it looks like Golf View Project will be completed and Malik Sb will utilitze all his efforts to divert the loop away from GVR area. Rest Allah Know better.

I agreed with Mr. Abed. The scenario is same as described and work is going on raiwind road with connection of other linked roads.

I have heard agents and dealers saying bahria has got stay from the court thus LRR is postponed for 2-3years. Also facing shortage of funds.

There are 2 proposed ways of LRR SL through GVR. Whatever the scenarios, GVR map will undergo modification as suggested by many property agents. Rest I hope Allah does best for all investors.

And yes an alternate plot will be given, if your plots comes under the proposed LRR SL.

@ Mohammad that is the point these types of delays and uncertainties affect value of Investment more than anything else.

@Jameelmughal: yes you are very right, I expect prices of golf view plots to go down further. Even to some extent I feel Bahria town management is less worried about golf and more of their worry is with Sector B and other developed sectors which have houses and commercial coming in the way of LRR.

Too much uncertainity in Golf view, I hope they deliver because lately bahria has had a tainted image of not delivering on time or not delivering at all. Rest I hope Allah does best for all investors.
