hi everyone,
what are all other charges (comission, transfer, tax, etc) of dha multan 1 kanal file other than file price

1. Commission: 1% (around Rs.29,000/=)
2. Transfer, Membership, tax etc: (Rs.6,500/= + Rs.49,990/=): Around Rs.56,500/=

Total other charges: Rs.85,000/= approx.

hi everone,
i have a budget to buy dha multan 1 kanal file but i will be unable to pay dev charges every 3 months which will start after balloting and balloting is expected in few months.
so, is it ok to get file and sale it out in case of profit and pay penalty on non paid installments.
or should get nfc 2 plot

yes amir u can do that,dont pay the dc and pay later with penalty when u sell the plot,good luck
