Is this good time to invest in Prism or to wait the prices come down more due to payment of development charges ?
is R block of prism is totally attached with 9 Town as the prices in R are very high?
if the development starts in prism in 2017 that may give some jump to the prices of J Block either ring road does not start.

These days prices in prism 9 are at their minimums. Buy if you want to buy something. Prices will not decrease further. Many people thinking the same way that price will reduce further thus holding on their purchase decision in prism. They will not get these level of prices again. |

@ Zindagee sb. No way of your statement regarding prism "prices mittee honay walee hain":. Prism is Future of Dha if it goes down whole dha prices will effect. So may be it effects a bit for few months. But you will see and mark my words All other phases will goes down only Prism will rock in comming years. |
