AOA, I have one Kanal plot opposite to the gate of DHA Rahber-Phase-1, adjacent to Nobel Factory. The proposed Alternate raiwind road will pass in front of it. Can somebody tell me the estimated price of this plot. Thanks

Additionally the plot is around 100 feet from the Main Defense Road. |

125-150 once development started. upto 200 when development is visible. All circumstances remain as per normal. |
