what is current situation of nfc phase 2 ?? what its future , i have plan to set up a plant in sunder after retirement and a home in nfc ph 2 for living near it , i chose nfc two year back . but now not seeing hearing about it , ?? any news info or idea ?

I bought a 10 marla plot in phase 1 northern from a person who was manager at Haier factory so that tells that ORCHARD lot of investors are from Inudstrial state near or around it.
NFC ph2 may become controversial like state life ph2 as no development and only land, management missing |
