both 10 marla and 1 kanal on the higher side and with out development charges, what do you guys think?

I applied for a 1 kanal, I will make a decision if I get one in the balloting. I have discussed the location and prospects with some of my Peshawari friends and they were 'all' excited about having a DHA in Peshawar. DHA is a status symbol so brand equity is always associated to it. |
