Does anybody have any update on expected date of balloting for transfer of State Life 2 plots to State Life 1?

They are cheating transfer 1K to 10 Marla and imposing development charges also.
They received less number of application and no need for balloting. They have plan to develop J block in the sl2 land. |

its seems from the discussion that consciously or unconsciously every one is promoting the phase where his investment lies and finding loopholes in other.They all r very business minded.New comers can easily fall prey to their comments.The critics of phase 9 are mainly those who wants to attract investors to those areas where they are holding plot/plots. |
