Hi,
I have invested in Phase 8 Z block (IVY Green) & have few concerns;
Development is committed to be completed in 3 years. Pls share your comments on this commitment.
pls evaluate prices of 434 Z1,70 Z3 & 574 Z5
Should I keep this investment for 3 more years or rolling over would be a better option.
Need expert advice.

It Look quite Likely that DHA Phase 8 proper [80% Area] and Ivy Green will be given for possession at same time, 2019 a is good estimate. The reason for this is single owner, Boundary wall, no land issues and good amount of development charges. In 3 years near possession the price will definitely better. However as per my assessment better locations of DHA 7 will perform better.Phase 7 P Block better locations will reach the same price as that of DHA phase 6. |
