Why Pahse 9 ext file is 20.50 when proper phase 9 available in 23.50. Minor difference in cost but huge difference in location and Completion time, any solid reasons ???

Because remaining files of prism may get bad location only buy balloted plot in K J R block of prism. Phase 10 is long term |
