Aoa ..Need sincere advise ( especially Jameel Shb & CMY) .What is the prospect of buying 10 Marla plot in Y Block phase 7 on 150 feet road

It depends you are buying for investment or making home and at what price you are getting but that is hot location. |

Prices on this road are already high, so not good for ivestment as I know 10 marla there has already touched 90. But excellent location for long term living. If u want to share plot number and its demand, ppl can give u better advice. |

Dear Siam it is very Good Location but how much premium you pay for it. If you are getting it in 90 then why not buy one Kanal in 110 Just few Lines Down in Y block.
The Issue is DHA will never allow commercial use of this Plot, However it is personal Liking and this the best Location for 10 merla in Phase 7 and current going price is not less than 88 to 90. |

Ideal location for living but not for investment. 150-ft wide road surely has its own charm |
