Near 1st 10% down payment due date of January 31 2016 price for profit money is expected to be 75% less than today's profit. After 10% due date DHA Bahawalpur files will likely to start seeing some loses to paid amount. Right now one holding it can lose only Rs 10000 application so no one is in panic to sell at lose. Best time to buy will be mid February 2016. If you buy now on profit you are only going to hand over profit money to sateybaz dealers in booking slips. Since real people that booked this are expatriate they cant and will not sell these slips because a trip cost from overseas countries to come to Pakistan and than go to Bahwalpur for transfers are not going to possible or cost effective or profitable. Sateybaz dealers are going to sell these slips because they booked 20 plots each and got 2 or 3 of them in ballot to lock profit from needy people. These get rich quick people have not money for down payments. These gamblers take chance and some time win some time lose. For above reason It wont be late to buy in my opinion but If you really dont want to take chance go ahead as these dealers groups can take price to any direction as they are the only sellers. A genuine person is never going to sell it till fully paid . Loss or profit he dont care as he has no choice but to pay in installments. A buyer must keep in mind since no transfer is possible and sellers is not going to give you any thing other than a copy of receipt and CNIC. If you make partial payment and want to pay rest only after transfer. Risk is there at a latter stage seller will not transfer and pay you back your same money or even double by the law. A scam artist or seller can also sell same slip copy to dozen others and walk out with your money. No law in Pakistan to protect or help you. If you pay him full now and get original slip he is never going to show up for transfer day in Bahawalpur because he had full money in his pocket. You will be begging him for weeks and months for coming for transfer. But his wife will get sick. His dad will die. He will be gone to Saudi Arab on a work visa if in Pakistan etc :). Best safe careful right time to buy sell will be only after you have at least a very clear official location map of installment plots not LAND files or Military files. When plots numbers ballot will be held or development charges amount official location and very clear transfer process and costs involved. We have seen in past ballots normally installments plots holders get a worst possible block or locations in any DHA phase.
