I want to know about LDA Avenue 1.I have heard from people that construction of houses have been started.Is it true?
I want to ask that what is the
Updated price of 10 Marla and 1 kanal plot in J,F,D,H block as its difficult to predict the price because it vary a lot from dealer to dealer.
Which block is best for investment purpose.
How much jump you will see?
I am seeking for MR.Jameel Saab Reply and other experts may also shed some light on my above questions.

You must know that as Compared to 2014 the Price in LDA avenue 1 has gone down 20% , As ground realities will not change ie Possession is given and Many land issues are clear so it i right time to buy. However Buying in LDA avenue 1 is not that simple Like DHA. You will have to see plot by plot what are the issues what are not developed and and not in On ground Possession areas. What are changes in map.
Many areas Clear in LDA Computer are Not in Possession of LDa and Many area Possession paper Given are not developed. And there are some map alterations which are not public. There are few relocation from non possession areas to possession areas, In 2014 There was a scandal that many non possession Plots were bought by insiders at very low price and relocated in more expensive blocks where prices were 45+ By paying Bribe to LDA officers.
I myself dont know the details of that area i have one Plot there and that is in Trouble Means LDA Gives Possession but there is No development there but as I Bought a while ago in 13 Lac so it covers about 35 Price. |

If some one buy pocession area plot then is it possible that it's location still change?people are still selling at high rates of 10 Marla from 35 to 55. Specially j block cutting and F block cutting is much expensive? Is there any change in that? |

prices are going up day by day and in near future may be in 2 years the best location 10 marla price will increase 1 crore.i have also 10 marla plot which has executive locaton if it were clear i am not willing to sell it below 75 lac no matter what it takes.lda avenue 1 has litigation issues also. |

Many people who comment about LDA AVE 1 don't know reality. Honestly, I study this blog 1st time & I am surprised to see such posts. Don't know either this is planned dis-information or ignorance. 69% Land of LDA AV1-1 is clear & there is no litigation, balance 31% has issues with other societies but everything is quite clear. Just buy in clear area & don't need to worry. This will be proved as your best piece of land you buy & will be doubled in next 3 years as all nearby societies has double price presently.
