Greetings LRE Team - I like to sell my plot in Prism Q block last row plot number 58x and buy a kanal plot in better location in (P, Q, A, B block)
I have BTK oversea's block plot that i am thinking to sell and use that funds to buy better location plot in DHA Lahore Prism so I will have about 25 lac in hand to play with.
Please advise transaction/membership etc charges that i have to pay DHA and LRE.
I have to build house in DHA once got possession in prism.

Better buy a 1 kanal plot in phase 8 S block, possession is near when possession announced gain profit/ sell it and then buy top location plot in Prism 9. My view is there wont be much difference in Prism 9 plot in short term but long term it has a wide margin to yield profit |
