Aoa dear all,
Just recently I have been offered a 3 marla commercial plot on main road of sher shah colony. That road links lda avenue with raiwind road. Residential plots of 3 marlas are available in range if 25-30 lacs. Now how good are these two options? Residential and commercial? Plus is this colony secure? Who owns it? Plz enlighten me.

It was govt society ,and only 3 Marla plot cuttings were available for public.In my opinion,residential plots are not good but commercial plots on main road have worth and ranges from 60-80 lacs on 100 feet road road.Future is good for commercial only |
