another 2 million should do it just fine, average cost of construction should not take more than 1800 rupees per square foot, however, it will really depend on what finishes you chose from here on, for example, the kitchen alone can cost you more than 2 million as you would have two of them, if you go for branded imported kitchens. However, if you chose to use a carpenter to make the stuff on site, it should not cost you more than 4 lacs for both kitchens. People of this forum are more uptodate and informed than me, so I am sure you will get a more accurate assessment shortly, but I think 2 million from here on should generally be good. |
