Every one welcomes.
Can you pls write a plan for every body?
If someone want to become "financially Independent" in about 5 years from today. Their "Goal" is to have monthly cash flow of about "two Hundred Thousand " Rupees.
If the person have Ten million rupees where should that person invest? So he or she can achieve his or her "Goal".

dear i guess for getting a 2lac per month income... one crore is quite less nowadays... I guess he need to invest in property very smartly... he need to search for areas which are potentially bound to rise in a next couple of years. after he get some good gains there he can rotate and move to some other potential areas... may be by the end of five years he might double his investment or slightly more...

but still for earning 2 lacs per month or more. one need to have at-least 5crore worth-able property out on rental... fixing liquid in bank is not a good option nowadays as interest rates are quite lesser.

i believe start your own business especially in your own field of interest, Insha Allah in 5 years time you will achieve your goal

Jeddah is perfectly right... I myself living in Saudia. but i know 1 crore for getting 2 lacs is not enough in an invest & forget kind of option...

Starting a good safer business in a field in which you have experience knowledge and confidence is a best advice

AOA. It is a interesting questions but no one has given advice to invest in property in this time. Which places to invest to achieve this goal

Waaaaaaooooooo, What a great goal Mr. Goal has. He want to become financially independent. He want to retire while he want his money to work for him. What a greaaaat idea?

In my opinion, mr. Goal can achieve his Goal in 5 years. How, I will try to explain. I can at least give an idea to Mr. Goal. If we look around there are people who have commercial plazas. They are earning much more than 2Lac. While sitting at home. If Mr Goal build a plaza after 5 year, he can easily achieved his goal. Now the question is how he can get money to buy a plaza?

According to CMY, Prism prices will go up by 200% after 5 years. If Mr. Goal buy 3 average plots of 5 marla in K block that is app. 24 lac +development charges 9 lac. It becomes 33 lac. So 3 plots becomes 99 lac. After five years, if they go up 200%. Their price will become almost 3 crore. If Mr. Goal sell these plots and buy one commercial plot in 2 crore and built it in one crore and then rent it. I think, he can earn 2 lac monthly.

I think there should be many wise investors who have already done this. Pls come and share your ideas, your plan, how did you achieve your goal? So Mr . Goal and all of us :) can also be on track with right plan.

Basit idea is good but u r telling to buy 2 crore plaza after 5 years. Is it possible to buy commercial plaza in 2 cror nowadays ? Will it give 2 lack per month income ? After 5 years is that will be of 2 cror considering the depreciation value.

Very creative and interesting question.
I am thinking on it since 2 hours. I think if we buy 2 shops in DHA 2, iIslamabad , 50 lac each. The rent comes in pocket 30 thousand each, mean 60000 monthly. If we collect rent and save it , after 5 years with 10% increase, it becomes app. 43 lac. After 5 years, shops price will also go up. I think both shops price will be more than 3crore. So you have now 3crore and.43 lac. Sell these shops and buy some cheaper shops in this price. Suppose you buy 5 shops with this price. Give on rent again these new shops in 40 thousand each. You will get 2 lac cash every month. Wow...

take 2 plots of 5 marla in bahria sector d around 35 lacs each. start construction of house on one ..yu will need around 30 to 35 lacs for construction. complete the house in 4 months and if it sells in 6 months, yu can start construction on second while buying another plot. this way yu can sell 2 houses in a year with approx profit of 20 (roughly 10 lac each minimum) and if plot appreciates 10 percent then add 7 lacs more and yu can roughly reach yur target of 2 lacs per month.. trust me its practical and I have been doing this, only catch is its an head ache to handle labour , contractors etc.. cheers

Dubai what about if I buy 4 5marla houses and put them on rent

which area to buy and rent

Bahria, DHA, Wapda, Jauhar

Also buy old houses how old 5-10-15 yrs old and secondly will overall I will loose money or gain money lets say after 10 yrs I sell the house

will I Loose more on depreciation then the rent I collected or will gain land appreciaton and some house structure cost also can recover
