AoA. I am looking to park my funds in a 5 marla plot either in DHA 9 Town (Block A or B) or Phase 6, E Block. Time frame is around April/May 2016. Is this a good time to buy or will 1st quarter of 2016 better? Which would be a better investment for the given time frame?
