Valencia can't maintain its roads?

Valencia replied on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 04:49 AM  Its about how serious and active that society is... so far it seems maintenance of the society is not in their priority list. If roads of valencia can be at par with wapda town then rates there would surely jump.
