DHA is not owning the ballot yet! However there are enough rumors that ballot has already been done.

A little disappointment from DHA Town as R block is now over shadowing DHA town files. A village is also reported in new DHA town ext map which is not in a favour for town. Also the development will be at the same time as R block.
